Jonson Engineering (JE) is a futurist "thought experiment" speculating about what our spacefaring descendants might encounter as they seek to inhabit, explore, and understand our solar system and beyond. Although our story will draw upon other science fiction, we hope to pursue an alternative narrative that reflects more sober assessments of the difficulties of living in space, the challenges of space travel, and the implications of astonishing robotics advances.
